Everything about Zerorez was easy - from inquiring about the products, setting up the appointment and them coming out to my house. The gentleman who came out did an excellent job on my floors - he was extremely informative, very friendly and easy going. He even managed to get hot pink Play-Doh that was dried in my beige carpet (there for about a year) completely out. You can't tell there was ever anything there! Absolutely amazing. My house looks great and they did an amazing job. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing their floors cleaned.

My service representative Ty was very knowledgeable about the product and its application. The service (3 bedrooms + hallway) was completed in one hour, and carpets looked brand new again.
