Carpet came out great but there is a lack of communication between client and office as far as any extra charges. The tech was nice,neat and explained any extras which almost made us cancel the whole thing which if there had been a phone call from the office person that all could have been avoided.
So a 10 for the tech and a 9 for the company.

The carpet got very clean.

The carpet is clean and looks good. However, for some reason, this time it stayed wet longer. It’s still damp after three days. I don’t know?

Very efficient on arrival time. The technician, Carson, was very polite, explained the process on arrival. He worked hard to make our old carpet as clean as possible. We were pleased with the results.

We called on a Friday and had service performed on the following Monday, which surpassed our expectations. The service technician, Carlton, arrived on time and was very informative about the impending service. We had three rooms’ carpet cleaned. It took about 30 to 45 min. The dry time indicated was precise and the outcome was great. We would certainly have Zerotez back when the need arises in the future. Thanks, Carlton, for your hard work!

Great customer service from when they arrive to when they leave. They introduce themselves and put on foot covers. You show them the rooms and and they get to work right away. Making sure they clean all the areas you addressed. Very clean and fast. CAREFUL not to bump into walls, furniture etc. Takes 4 hours or so.....to dry, just run fans or AC. Was able to get an appointment right away. This is my second time using them. HAPPY !!!!!
