I am pleased with the cleaning of my rugs. They are very comfortable to walk on barefooted with no residual odors. I would have this done again in the future.

After a lengthy discussion regarding the price I was quoted and not believing what I was told, the conversation was listened to and we were indeed misquoted by your representative. Besides that, Tyson was SUPERB! He was so polite and accommodating, worked extremely hard and did the cleaning by himself. He more than made up for the problems in the beginning. I would recommend Tyson and his hard working team of 1 to any one.

I like to the timeliness/cleanliness/and friendly technician very informative and I would recommend to all my friend/family ZEROREZ for life.

The technician, Nelson, arrived and carefully inspected the areas to be cleaned. He was somewhat concerned that several areas were very soiled and explained he may not be able to remove all of the pet stains. He inquired when he carpets had last been cleaned, and offered possible solutions to avoid future stains. He was very professional and courteous. He was friendly and represented the company well.
