My technician (Taylor I think) was very prompt, professional and courteous. The cleaning my upholstery received left it looking renewed, spotless and smelling nice.

The service was great, the technician arrived on time walked the area and got to work. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly including an old ink spot that I had on the carpet for years. I am a fan and will continue to use Zerorez in the future.
