I'll work backwards, starting with the delivery of our area rugs. Mr. Darrell and Mr. Rico were just so careful, patient and kind while maintaining a professional mien. It took a few turns and switchbacks to have the carpets best aligned, and we got it right.
Now, the quality of the work. Magnificent. These are very high end carpets, works of art. I am grateful for the job well done. Perfectly done.
Zerorez cleaned our sofa when the rugs were picked up. The ten year old sectional looks like it did the day the our custom order was delivered. I'm sorry I don't have the names of the men who performed their job so well and hope the Zerorez management will look it up and give credit where credit is certainly due.
