Product was excellent, didn’t use harsh chemicals and carpet looked good as when I first purchased, minus the stains that couldn’t come all the way up. Very proud of how clean it looked since it hadn’t been cleaned in almost 15 years.

From booking the appt to when the technician arrived to the cleaning of my carpets to payment was smooth and fast. Technician was great, very knowledgeable and prompt. My service window was from 12-3pm and I got a text at 10:30am saying he was in route. Arrived and looked over the rooms to be cleaned and immediately got to work. Once completed, took me to show finished work to make sure I was satisfied. Work was excellant. I signed a few payment screens and gave the great technician another thank you and he was gone. Entire process was about 1.5 hours. I had 3 bedrooms and a flight of stairs cleaned with 1 room getting the pet odor treatments.
