I recently purchased a new home and needed the carpets to be cleaned from previous owners. Everyone at Zerorez was very easy to work with. I had a 8am - 10am window of arrival, I got the call from dispatch saying they would be there in 10-15 minutes and they were right on time. It was recommended to do a deeper hygienic cleaning after inspecting the carpets and they look great!

Your technician was good enough to advise us that he could only dry clean one of our sofa because of the light color. He said that it would streak, otherwise. Great service so far, but she drying time was a lot longer than quoted. I would suggest you quote 6 hrs, not 4 to six.
