After finishing the cleaning he went back over the well used spots near the two entrances to our family room. They are a lot cleaner now. Also my hallway which was included in the 3room and a hallway quote, he cleaned my hallway which is a little longer than most at no extra charge. I would recommend this gentlemen (whose name I forgot) to anyone.

Fast response to my service request. Consistent, effective service results. I really like the fact the service vehicles are nice looking and have great equipment. I have had some carpet cleaners show up in a beat up car working out of their trunk. The technicians are always professional and do a great job.
