We had a great experience with Zerorez. They accommodated our last-minute request for an appointment and were able to make a same day appointment. The employee that arrived to clean our space was extremely professional and kind. The results were very impressive as well. Only drawback was the time window for our appointment was changed without notification. I happened to notice it when checking for the arrival time and called to confirm the change. Other than that our experience was excellent. Well worth it and a much better experience than trying to clean your carpets yourself.
