The man who cleaned my carpets was fantastic. I really felt that it was important to him that I'd be happy when the job was finished. He was polite, very professional and spent a significant amount of time getting out stains and wear patterns. He is a great asset to Zerorez!

Tech was great. Did seem to have some equipment issues; pretreater, and never noticed before the amount of wasted water coming from from van.

Prompt service. Tyler, the technician was on time. He observed appropriate pandemic protocols and was very knowledgeable in regard to what my carpets needed. He left most of my carpet looking like new and even the high-traffic areas are rejuvenated.

He was tough on himself saying that he wasn’t able to get some of the stains out due to their age but I thought he did a killer job. The carpeted areas look better than when we purchased the house from the previous owner who used an inferior cleaning service than Zerorez. When we require services again we want Brian!
