The tech - Steven Funderburk was AWESOME. He was on time and extremely courteous. We had a terrible ink stain in the carpet (courtesy of our dog). I thought we would have to replace the carpet. But Steven worked so hard to make sure the stain was gone. I even had the 20 year old carpet in my office cleaned and he made the carpet look fresh again.
I can't say enough about Steven and ZeroRez Atlanta. I highly recommend them for any job - big or small.
