I owe Zerorez an apology. The day you delivered my rug, I did not hear the doorbell. I was listening to the radio, about the anniversary of 9/11. This program captured my attention so that I was not aware that your team was outside waiting to deliver my rug!
And worst of all, I learned from the team (Jason, the leader), that he called my phone, and that when I answered, he said my name, and then I hung up. The reason was that I thought it was the voice of a telemarketer who had called me lots of times before, and I just didn't want to talk to him. Big mistake! Big problem! I am so sorry. And I thank you that you let this team come back and bring my rug, with no charge for their extra trip! Thank you, very much. I'll forever thank you and tell people how wonderful and understanding you are!

This was our first time having our carpets cleaned, and I wish we had done it sooner! The technician was very pleasant and we felt very comfortable having him in our home. We did the pet treatment on two areas in our home, and it worked great! The only negative thing is that I noticed 48 hours later, when assembling IKEA furniture on the floor (fun), I had residue on my knees that smelled like urine. I was in the same area we had treated, so I am wondering if our carpet is so dense and thick, that the treatment brought everything to the surface, but it wasn't all able to get sucked out of the fibers all the way. I called customer service, and they are sending someone out to touch it up. Very pleased with how well the company is handling it! Easy peasy!
I have seen the commercials at least a thousand times and when it came to needing my carpets cleaned, I did not hesitate to call. I was not disappointed! The tech arrived and got right to work. The carpets in the home were beautifully cleaned.

the guy did a great job, but as he was leaving he ran over my hedge bush and broke it down and i really did not appreciate that and i realize it was an honest mistake. but he should have been paying more attention to what he was doing.
