We were so blessed by the young man whom represented your company. This is at least the 3rd time we have used Zerorez and have be very satisfied each time, but your rep gave just something special to this experience. Only one thing that was disappointing, we did not receive the spray bottle that had been given with our last few cleanings. I have honestly contemplated communicating with you regarding grabbing a bottle or having a rep drop one off at our residence. We have pets and aging parents LOL.
