My "10" is based on a return visit on October 27th after my original service was just horrible and I rated it "0". First, I was very impressed that a manager called me at 8:30 the morning after I submitted my survey check to see why I was dissatisfied. Reluctantly, I consented to having a DIFFERENT serviceman return to my home to address the area that was still very dirty. When I questioned the original serviceman about why the stains didn't come out, he said, "They are just too old. I did the best I could but I am not God.", so I definitely did NOT want him back in my home.
The new serviceman--Deparr M--did an EXCELLENT job--the stains are COMPLETELY gone. The contrast in the quality of service is unbelievable. Deparr, should receive a raise and be promoted to being a trainer--both his skills and his attitude were very professional in contrast to the incompetence and flippant attitude of the original serviceman.
The cleaning is excellent. The Service tech was terrific.

The service was fantastic and it didn't take too long. I had Zoom classes and it wasn't too noisy. Most of the stains were removed and our serviceman was honest and forthright.
