I love first and foremost the professionalism and thoroughness of your tech Francis Banks and how well she explained the process of cleaning my carpet. She took pride and ownership of zerorez products and her service to do her job. I recently had Stanley Steamer to do my downstairs and Zerorez to do the upstairs so I could compare which would do a better job. Needless to say, my husband and I were wowed at the difference. Not only was my upstairs carpet left clean and fresh but it looked fantastic compared to the downstairs area. My technician was very informative throughout the whole process. He pointed out some issues in regards to the age of my carpet and provided additional recommendations and what to expect. He allowed me to review the process and made necessary adjustments that were to my satisfaction. A big difference was made to the appearance of my carpet after the process was complete. I have always reviewed the advertisement on WSB TV. I was very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Zerorez!!
