My carpeting looks amazing! The commercials for Zerorez have been playing quite a bit in recent weeks. So I decided to call and learn more. The Agent could not have been more helpful or friendly and was able to confirm an appointment in a very reasonable timeframe.

The on-site experience was excellent. The Technician took the time to reconfirm what I ordered, offered additional services and shared pricing. My carpeting was cleaned in record time and there was a noticeable difference in cleanliness and overall freshness in my home. Plus, once dried, it looked just as good as when the service was immediately completed.

I'll definitely use again and recommend to others!

Our technician, Michael, was excellent. He came in and explained what he was going to do. He worked very diligently and efficiently. When finished, he took us around and showed us each room and wanted to make sure that we were pleased with the results. The carpet was clean and looked great. Cost was as quoted originally. An excellent job.
