Very friendly staff. Front area is always neat and clean. Uma is in good hands when we go on vacation. She never freaks out when we drop her off and when she is picked up. She is calm and cool at home. So saying that we know she is in good hands.

We love CBW! Chico has attended daycare, boarding, and gets his baths here. Every time I bring him in, the staff know him and greet his butt wags with pets and love. They all know him and greet him by name. The customer service is always excellent and there is never any confusion about pricing. I recommend CBW to people all the time!
