I love the support that I receive from the coaches and other members! I like the structure of going 5 days/week with weekends off and that the clssss are only 45 minutes! The Facebook pages have been very helpful in finding recipe ideas and tips from other members. So happy to have joined the MAX family!!

The staff is so encouraging and are willing to help with anything you need. The environment is fun and they play great music ( which if your like me music puts you in the zone). Would 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a new method of working out

The 5 am class is fantastic! Kate, the instructor, and all the participants are the best! Everyone is friendly and they all push you to become stronger and better from the previous week. I am glad that the only class that works for me is the 5 am!!!

I love the mix of cardio and strength training! Following the food guidelines are crucial and that's where I'm challenged the most! I believe if you follow the food guidelines and come to the classes, you'll be lighter, more toned, and stronger. I don't feel like I've given it my all and I still feel much better than before.

lost 34 lbs. and many inches in 6 months and that is with 3 breaks of 2 weeks each during classes. more flexibility than any time in the last 10 years. Would recommend the program to anyone looking to improve their quality of life,mentally and physically!!

Everyone was so welcoming. The instructor was friendly and rocked that kickboxing class!! I was visiting from another Max site (union) and she even announced it! The challengers received a star trophy for hard work and that was such a great incentive!! I was visiting a challenger who made wonderful recipes that were all max compliant and she even made some for me for visiting.I met her on your great max site and this was our first meeting! THANK YOU VIKKI!! Lol. Wonderful location. ❤

It all starts with the staff and members. The overall feeling of comradery and the non-judgmental atmosphere make it comfortable for you when you are just starting out and continues as you become a legacy member. The ease of getting and sharing information through the instructors is so awesome.
