Our tech was Koi. He is very reliable. In fact he texted me yesterday morning about 1 hour before he was due to arrive to let us know he would be here on time. He’s very personable and we enjoy talking to him. He’s also very knowledgeable and answers any questions we have. He takes pride in his work and our carpets always look new when he’s finished! I particularly like that he only used water and no cleaning agents. Our carpets are dry in less than 5 hrs. We’ve been using Oxi Fresh for many years and we would never go with anyone else. We recommend Oxi Fresh to all our friends and neighbors.! Keep up the good work!!
