Jeremiah was great! He explained the process well to me. I love the fact that they don’t use 40–60 gallons of water to clean carpets. Instead they only need 1-2 gallons. I love the fact that the carpet is dry in an hour! We were able to put furniture back and have friends over that evening! I highly recommend this wonderful service.
