The reason I enjoy the workouts at OT is because they are never the same. You never get bored of the same routine. I want the fact that you are there for an hour and you get a complete workout, cardio, strength, and rowing. You work every part of your body.
As someone over 50, I miss the 45 minutes and the 3G classes. I hope those classes will come back.
The coaches are fun and always encourage us to do our best.
Not only is OTF a fabulous workout, everyone who works at OFT East Greenwich couldn't be nicer. It's a great group of dedicated people helping to make every client their best self.
OT workouts are intense, efficient and fun; best of all, you can customize your efforts to how you are feeling that day while getting real time feedback from your heart monitor.
Great workouts
I was initially reluctant to do OTF because I thought it would be designed to make participants compete with each other. I LOVE that it is not like that at all! I’m only in competition with myself and it is such a supportive environment that lets me grow and develop my strength at my own pace. The workouts are varied so it’s always interesting and the coaches are super knowledgeable and strike a good balance of pushing me to do more without being overwhelmed. It’s one of the highlights of my week!
It's an amazing start to my day, it pushes me to break through mental barriers and changes a can't do mentality to help you be a better self!
I went from a 410# man living a sedentary life, started at Orange Theory just walking and barely finishing a workout to being able to Jog and run, loving the workouts and enjoying the Playlists (BTW Shawnda has the best Playlists, more reggaeton please ;)) Now I sit at 280# and have more goals for the future, thanks to Life changes and Orange Theory!

I would like to give Orange Theory a 9/10 and I can tell you why.
The instructors, and modern music, 3 forms of excercise where I am at: Treadmill, Water-rower, and Dumb bells, and the clean air and clean shower rooms are FanTastTic!!!!
What is not fantastic, is that after the 1 hour, and maybe 1 hour 15 minutes of stretching total, you are asked kindly to leave. You are not allowed to stay and excercise more, even if there are no other classes scheduled for the next hour.
This mad me upset.
Solid 9 out of 10.

The coach had really great energy
Well designed, motivating.
These workouts are so fun, upbeat, and fast paced while still being very organized. This is helpful for people who don’t want to think about the workout itself, they just want to follow their coach and get their butt kicked! I leave drenched.
Clean Studio, erin was excellent as a coach! Felt well organized and welcoming!
It's the better workout I had in my life, we don't loose time there, everything coordinated to use the time and energy flows with the group moving, I was not a runner person but through orange system plan I learned to make my body burn that fat, now I can do exercises I never thought I was capable to do, already lost 40 pounds, gain some muscle and now I am preparing to join military service and with the coaches and orange theory team I will be ready to join army next year.
If you want to change something in your life trust me, this guys are not playing around, they really care about your well-being, no judgment happens under the orange light and you are competing with yourself. I was depressed and frustrated, always tired and hungry for success now I believe it's possible to be all I can be and I am loving it; thanks OTF for your support.

I love OTF because I don’t have to think about my workout. The coaches tell me what to do, provide guidance as necessary, and I just need to do it. I love the positive team-like vibe and how encouraging everyone is, both coaches and fellow OTF-ers. It’s a lot of fun and I walk out feeling great!
