The versatility of the program and the variety of its offerings. It really hits all the different aspects of exercise.
I just came back after 4 years, and the coach was so supportive! I am not in the same physical condition I was 4 years ago, and she was really encouraging and helpful.
I like the workout because it is a group activity but not in a line like other kinds of classes. It feels more individual than other coach-led classes. I don't know if that makes sense.
I also like that the workout is challenging, but I can do as much or as little as I am able.
Finally, i love the instant and continual feedback from the HRM. Thanks!
Love the inspiring instructors - Kate and Dan are favorites although I haven’t been able to make Dan’s class lately bc he teaches so darn early! :) Love the effectiveness of the workouts too - major calorie burn in a short amount of time. I always feel amazing and am getting into great shape with OTF as part of my routine!

Coach was really awesome and engaging. Playlist was lively and fun! And I loved the set-up of the equipment it provided ample space.

Coach Jess, Nadia, Lauren, Meg, Julia and Kerry are awesome! They are kind and don’t push me so much that I don’t want to come back- if that makes sense- they push me just enough so that I feel good about coming in….they made positive change for someone who was so out of shape and now has made fitness part of her life…I really miss Julia since she went to East Longmeadow but I love the coaches here too. the staff is really nice and welcoming and Allie has a great attitude even when I don’t- it’s contagious- she really makes me feel more upbeat-

I love OTF because I don’t have to think about my workout. The coaches tell me what to do, provide guidance as necessary, and I just need to do it. I love the positive team-like vibe and how encouraging everyone is, both coaches and fellow OTF-ers. It’s a lot of fun and I walk out feeling great!
the coaches really know who i am and take an interest in helping me better myself
