Never the same fun to participate whole body workout
OTF Attleboro is not only a great place to workout but it feels like home. The entire staff including staff associates, to studio manager to all the coaches are truly amazing and inspiring. Even if I am not fond of a workout the coaches and staff make it fun and enjoyable. I just wished OTF corporate went back to their original workouts of E, S, P, ESP days and stop repeating exercises in the month. I also feel like there are way too many benchmarks per month and stem away from working out the correct way instead people are just looking to get PRs and potentially hurting themselves. 1 a month is plenty. I also wish there were more core exercises and less rowing.

The work out targets each area of fitness. The coaches are wonderful and the facility is always clean and ready to go whe the class starts.

Every workout is different and works all the muscle groups. Its also a lot of fun and great music.
I know that no matter what I feel like before I get there, I am going to get a good, balanced workout in.

The workouts are fun and have a variety so you don’t get the same workouts every day. I really like having a coach who pays attention and provides feedback so you can make adjustments
and perform better. Coach Meg is awesome. She is personable, knowledgeable, and cheerful with high energy that keeps me motivated and makes the class time go by so quickly.
It’s a great work out in a fun environment. I’ve seen results for sure!

The team there is great, it pushes you to work hard on yourself, ut challenges you to be a better self and all with care and empathy.

I like the you don’t stay with one thing for too long, that the workouts push me but I can also pace myself so that I don’t burn out too fast. The coaches are great and supportive. I like that there isn’t any pressure to compare myself to others in the class, and that the focus is on me doing my personal best for that day.

I love that you tell us what to do. Each day is a different template(for the most part). really like the splat concept as well
What i don’t like are all the “challenges”. Also don’t care for the partner workout

Extremely professional staff!!! Every instructor is energetic, tentative and engaged in every phase of the workout. As a lifelong gym rat I would highly recommend Orange Theory Shrewsbury to all ages!!!

Great coaches and awesome overall workout experience. The facility is very clean and the workouts always leave me feeling exhausted. I love the health metric tracking that goes along with each workout (e.g. heart rate, minutes/zone, distance) so I know exactly what additional workouts I need to do to supplement OTF. Excellent way to build strength, mobility, and VO2max.

I LOVE that no matter WHAT I ALWAYS get an insane treadmill run in! And I LOVE LOVE LOVE the “BOUNCE” in the treadmills - so great for my joints. A little bummed about how ALL the Saturday classes are strength classes now and no cardio - literally my only complaint. It’s just because I LOVE the regular classes so much!
The coaches!! They keep me motivated while making sure I am doing all weight lifting correctly.
I love the regular workouts ie: rower/floor and tred. The positive vibe in OT Attleboro is infectious!
I have never ran before this class and now I'm motivated to make gains! Super supportive environment with a great music playlist!
