Angel consistently goes above and beyond, providing top-notch customer service with a friendly attitude. His dedication and attention to detail truly set him apart.
Recently, one of my garage door sensor came loose and would prevent the door from fully closing. I work long hour and procrastinated fixing the sensor. Angel delivered tanks to my home noticed the issue with the sensor and took a few minutes of his busy day to tighten the screw. I can not thank Angel enough. Please ensure that this is forward to his manager.
My wife is satisfied with the product and that is all that matters.
Ricardo is always polite and efficient. He is polite, does not leave a mess, and always gives me a heads up, a text, before he arrives.
I have no complaints and recommend the service to anyone interested in the Culligan water softening system.

We had someone come in and check out the equipment because it was leaking
, keep in mind they took almost a month to come check it out. They then said I would have to wait longer because the part needed to be ordered and when asked around how long it would take for it ti be replaced they said they didn’t know lol? & that was their whole answer.
Made such a difference with our hard water issue!

Our soft water equipment and water filter system work very well, and Culligan is usually quick to change filters and service the units when needed. The service technicians are knowledgeable and always helpful.
I've used Culligan water since the 1980's best water ever. The reason for these comments is due to the great service Gary provided to me. He really went above and beyond. he has a great attitude.
The service technician, Geraldo, was terrific. He was professional and experienced and explained the system in a way we could understand.
We have also been pleased with scheduling service .
That said, the Clearlink part of our system is not a strong reflection on the Culligan [LAST NAME REMOVED]. We have had 3 service calls related to it.

On monica and hector provided exceptional service and converting my tanks from rain to call again. And ever, ever since I contacted monica about getting this done and throughout the process and hector completing it, everything was done perfectly. And the new tanks are functioning well.
The ClearLink Pro is inconsistent. We bought the house less than a year ago and have constant issues with this part of the system.
The good part is that the Culligan team is responsive. We have had several service vsiits and the team is always friendly and professional and quickly fixes the issues.
