Service was excellent! Even though it was very busy, the staff greeted me right away & made it a calm experience. Chelsea is definitely my new go-to stylist. It was my first time there & I got a totally new cut, she killed it. I love it & will be going back as long as Chelsea is there!

Lesley is great. I always make sure I have her expertise on doing my cut. I had others at your other locations, but I travel to get Lesley. Only thing I do not like is that you don't have time slots that can be reserved. Your service is getting to be make an appointment, WE DO NOT EXCEPT WALK INS. UNFARE TO THOSE WITHOUT HOME COMPUTERS or don't trust phone apps, because of too many fraud sites.
I like the whole VIP Service experience. I've gotten haircuts in the past and paid almost as much for nowhere near the same level of service.
