the purchase experience - I was surprised that I could get the military discount from the self service kiosk
the draft beer-Guiness on tap at a theater is great.
The experience at Casa Blanca really outshines anything available at any other theater in SA!

The process of buying a ticket at the kiosk and then registering my membership number at customer service is a tiny bit less inconvenient that I expected it to be.
