Love Casa Blanca theatre, I enjoy it every time! The food, the theatre rooms, the different activities. Have not had the time to do the bowling but hope to one day. The theatre seats are so comfortable. I tell all my friends about the theatre!

This is my 3rd visit to Casa Blanca. It is a family friendly atmosphere. The seating is comfortable and most of all roomy! I hate sitting in seats that are so small that my elbows hit the person sitting next to me.

Fast service, short to no lines for new releases. Very efficient. Plenty of ticket kiosks.
I like the kiosk ticket system as well as the fact that there is a number of customer service associates at their station available to help. I makes buying tickets and collecting reward points convenient, it's a really fast process. I have never been in line for more than a minute.
Everyone is always friendly and ready to help!

Enjoyable and comfortable. Didn't like all the kiosks immediately at the front doors because it gets backed up fairly quickly but other then that it was a great experience.

Great theater! I had bought my tickets online and purchased the wrong time on the showing, I called the theater and left a message with customer service and also sent an email and hoping that I would be able to change the time on the showing. A gentleman by the name of Moran ( not sure if this is how his name is spelled) he was very helpful and with no questions asked he checked that there was seats available and he was able to change my tickets. Now this is what you call “Excellent Customer Service “ Thank you so much!

I would like to see MoviePass accepted at all Santikos theaters. We live near Sea World but we are more than willing to drive to Embassy just to get luxury seating AND use our MoviePass accounts.
I enjoy the friendly staff, the Santikos rewards and the spacious room the theater has.
Costumer service, friendly environment. Very safe location. The fact that law enforcement is present is a good thing.
