The theaters are amazing and very clean. The staff are always pleasant and I've never had an issue until this past visit. I ordered the #1 combo, large popcorn and large drink. I waited for a fresh batch of popcorn and was VERY disappointed when i received a bucket of half burnt popcorn. I don't know how this happened but it ruined the experience. I was short on time for the movie so i wasn't able to get another bucket of popcorn. Not sure how often this happens but since it was the first time I got popcorn, i'm not sure if i'd risk spending another $13 to receive burnt popcorn.

I am very often at the theater and I enjoy everything about the theater, from the speedy ticket purchase and food service stations, to the very polite and professional employment staff. I often tell friends and co-workers if they want an awesome viewing experience, they should go to Casablanca Theater!

Always really nice there but lately there hasn’t been parking at all.
Entry is fast. Getting movie snacks is usually fast and easy. Like having reserved seating. The place is clean - theaters, bathrooms & drink refill areas. there are other things to do and food to eat.

Theaters are very clean. Concessions are great. Screens and sound are top of the line. I take family and friends, when there's a chance.
