The theater is clean and close to home
Casa Blanca is my favorite theatre. It's always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The last time I was there they didn't turn off the lights in the theatre before the movie started and we had to go ask someone to get the lights off so we could better see the screen but it got taken care of within first 10 minutes of the movie.
Enjoyed the comfort of the seats - the room to get around - the service is great.
Only complaint is it was cold enough to hang meat. But, I will be back...and i still love the joint.

Casablanca has everything you could need in a movie theater. Food, drinks, a bar, video games and a bowling alley! Not to mention extremely comfortable reclining seats.
Friendly staff
Our waitress was very nice and patient... I had a foot cramp and she brought me a pickle and the juice in a cup so it would stop!

We love being able to reserve our seats, which takes away from the anxiety of having to be to the theater early and allows us to get our concessions without fretting. Santikos is also clean, friendly, and fun!

Reclining seats, military discount, purchase through app and nominal fee for rewards program with decent return for use of program are all reason that Santikos and specifically Casa Blanca theater are always an enjoyable experience and value for entertainment. Even when the movie sucks the environment is enjoyable.
I just wish all of the staff were as customer aware, friendly, and service oriented as some of the cashiers. Often times I am having to get out of the path of Santikos staff (which is difficult for me since I am partially disabled) they act and walk through the area as if they are the only people in the world and appear very self centered in doing so.
