I would have given a 19 but recently there hasn't been any employees happy to be there. There were no smiles, meet and greets. All robotic like they were just there in their own world. Once you initiate the conversation or need something at the concessions then they get all happy and smiles come out. The ones taking the tickets should also be more welcoming. No eye contact just takes our tickets and directs us to our auditorium. Other than this we love coming to Casa Blanca. There should also be more perks for members. I haven't received anything not even promos, giveaways or free movies. This would surely get your loyal customers to return. Would like a follow up. Thanks!

I like that the theater was very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were well kept as well and that is very important for our family. The sound system was amazing and the employees were all nice and friendly. Even though our family lives on the other side of town we are more than happy to drive to Casablanca because we know we will have a great experience :)

My car was actually stolen from this theater on 05/26/18 BUT I love this theater and won’t switch ( even though I have told by everyone I should just go down the street to another theater). This place have great seats, large bar/ bowling area and fair food.

Casa Blanca is a family experience. We enjoy the movie theaters, food, drink, and bowling.
my son & I had reserved on-line for showing: 10:45 - the Incredibles @ on Saturday 6/16/18 but unfortunately my son woke up with an excruciating headache that he ended up at Baptist ER for 8 hours due to strep infection.
I know there are no refunds in our tickets but would it be possible for our tickets be transferred over for this coming Saturday 6/23/18 showing? I had to pay $150 ER copay for my son's visit and I'm sure I going to received multiple expensive medical bills for his 8 hr stay. He has been really wanting to see this movie but now I am not going to afford to take him due to him needing to see his pediatrician and a neurologist for his his current medical status.
Is there anyway santikos can grant my request? I can email copies of his ER visit if needed.
