Casablanca has the best seats around! I prefer the recliner and the dine in service. Especially, when you’re with 5 children under 15.

I love going to Santikos theaters and I'm now spoiled with the recliners. If one isn't available at Casa Blanca, I'll search for my movie at the Palladium. I enjoy the ease of buying my tickets on-line and either printing out my tickets when I get there or showing them my phone with my ticket on there. I also enjoy having my seat picked out ahead of time and having it reserved for me. That way I don't have to wait in line to get into the theater to try to grab the best seat.
There is only one thing I do not like about Santikos and that is your prices have jumped up. I cannot understand why. You have the highest prices in San Antonio other than the two Cinemark theaters. We know the money goes to a good cause but still, sometimes us poor people want to see a movie. Your higher prices will cause more people to not purchase your high dollar snacks or they bring their own.
Just love how the lines are never long, Service is great. We love the game room and the kids love the bowling. For such a huge facility it’s quite clean and well maintained.
Clean theater, comfortable seats, plenty of room between aisles, overall very comfortable & nice theater, only one we go to these days.

The only thing that I would kindly ask to change, is the lights on the bottom of the stairs that don't go off even when the movie begins, if there is a possibility to make them motion activated, so they would go off when the movie begins, that would be great, because they strike when you watch the movie
I just like the overall appearance. The seats are comfortable and there is plenty of parking. Like all the different choices in regards to food and what to do.
I really liked that everything is clean and neat. The employees are very welcoming and friendly. One thing they could have done better is having more bathrooms available in each end of the halls. When people like me that are diabetics and need to use the bathroom often and are seating watching a movie on screen 16 by the time you walk to the bathroom and back you've already missed the 20 or more minutes of the movie. Thanks when bathrooms at the end of the hall would have been better.
