The reserved seating, its clean and no long line to get snacks.

Hospitality
The theater is roomy, plenty of leg space! Comfortable seats, love the recliners.
The seats are amazing. There is usually no wait when buying popcorn and drinks. I would love to check out the different theatres there. I'll would like to hear or see more about the different things I can hold there. Like parties for adults and kids.
Clean and convenient
Non-profit. The fact that every dollar I spend at Santikos theaters goes directly to local San Antonion foundations for the needy, while I'm enjoying great food and awesome entertainment with my family, is a win-win all the time. I can go watch a movie anywhere else and make some corporation wealthier or I can have my money help those in MY city which need it the most. No brainer!
Friendly service, clean theaters, and great options for fun. While I feel the prices could be lower, I sti attend this theater almost exclusively.

The comfort of the seats, the space between the seats, the option to order food in the theater during movie, reserved seating,the lounge in lobby, two bars to buy alcohol, the ice cream bar, even though at times the parking lot is packed I can still find a parking space, the location of the theater in terms of crime rate is lower even though crime can happen anywhere.
Santikos is a class act. We have been to different Santikos theaters many, many times
and we are impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the theaters
