I like the thearte overall. You can watch a movie or go bowl ing or even have a few drinks while you are there. Its an all in one. Customer sevice is great.

Casa Blanca is modern, clean and the best video and audio experience that I have ever had. There are staff blanketed throughout and that leads me to believe in their top shelf management, upkeep and cleanliness. I just love your house!

Food services need to be improved to be more efficient. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get chips and salsa or fried pickles or a salad. Have almost missed a couple of movies waiting for my food.
Good place to enjoy a movie with your family and friends. Claim made very friendly staff members, make it even more enjoyable. It's a little bit more expensive compared to other theaters.

Well besides my boyfriends and my recliner seats not working, I love Casa Blanca. Nobody is rude, management could work on their customer service skills because when I was trying to inform them about an entire row of chairs weren’t working they just said “ok, sorry.” It wasn’t really friendly or rude but just very mellow toned like they didn’t care. I would expect more from management, like more apologetic or concerned at least. Other that that one thing I love the place. I’d rather go there then another theatre that is literally down the street from where I live.
