Very comfy clean theater and great customer service
The food was good and the seats were great!
Great /freiendly staff
There’s nothing specific- I enjoy all of it. Your employee make an effort to maintain the appearance even with all the customers.
I always enjoy the theater - however the cashier this weekend - I specifically asked him to use my rewards I had on file - he acted like me asking him to log my rewards was a problem, once he got my phone number he swiped my card - I asked if he used my $5 reward and he laughed and said “ oh no, is that a problem? “. Umm yes I bought an extra drink that I budgeted to because I anticipated using my rewards....

Thank You for the ease at which purchasing on-line movie tickets is at Santikos. Also, Thank You, for continuing to support the military and its mission.
I like the environment, the staff and the variety of food you have the offer.
The food, the reclining seats and the customer service
It’s my favorite movie theater! However, we do not like the new nachos at the cafe. Fajita nachos were much better.
I am always impressed when I visit Santikos theaters. The employees are always friendly and the atmosphere is great.

Very clean! Love the reclining chairs and the food was really good!
Love the recliners
As always, it's clean! Also the staff is helpful and friendly. And of course the technical aspects and comfort in the theater are top notch.
Casa Blanca is always clean and so pretty to look at. I feel safe knowing SAPD is always there.
I love how we can either buy coffe, or wine and lounge a little before the movie starts.
Maybe adding a little more and have an outdoor spot with fireplaces during the colder months, make s’mores while you wait. Just a thought.
Have a great day!
