I had never been to this Santikos location. I have $51.00 in my rewards account. I wanted to pay for my tickets using some of this credit.
I called Casa Blanca and Bernadette answered the phone. I explained my dilemma to her and she immediately tried to help. She looked up my account and found that indeed i had this credit. She tried several times to credit my tickets. When that did not work, she called another # and asked what she should do to help me use my account to pay for the tickets.
Bernadette ended up telling me to go to the service desk before my movie to be refunded the money to my to my bank account and use my Loyalty Rewards points to pay for the movie.
As it turned out, the morning shift could not use my account to refund the money for my tickets. I was then told that I could only use my rewards points if I paid for anything in the theater.
i was shocked when I received a phone call from Bernadette the next day. She was calling to apologized for all the inconvenienced I had gone through. She said 2 passes would be waiting for me at the service desk to use the next time I came in. THIS TYPE OF KINDNESS AND SERVICE HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE! I will never forget Bernadette's kindness and willingness to try and help a customer.

The only thing I had an issue was my seat was broken. It was theater 7, seat M7. I wanted to love but the movie was sold out it was uncomfortable but I still would come back to this theater.
