The food is good. The theater is clean. My movie experience was great and the movie started on time. The staff I encountered was very pleasant and helpful.

We love going there. The employees are very friendly, the food is good, the Theaters are clean, and the bathrooms are clean.
The only problem I have is making online purchases as an awards member. The website needs lots of work.
It would be great to order food online too.

Great customer service. Everytime we go Christopher Arriola, which I think is a supervisor always assist us with over the top customer service. He helped me with how to purchase tickets online, how to order food, and provided a small movie poster for my son. Thank you Christopher and Santikos for making my experience fun and easy.

We like the close proximity and surrounding traffic abilities to and from the theater.
I like the ticket buying experience...
I like what Santikos does with the community thru my spending at the complex. The staff is always polite and courteous. The food, and popcorn, drinks are always refreshing.. the auditoriums are spaceous and clean.

The theaters are always cleaned and staff very helpful. Always greeting customers with smiles.
Over all always a good experience. I just wish the popcorn was fresh and warmer. Seems to be always stale
