This was my first time using the bowling facilities at Casa Blanca. I was chaperoning a party of 10 tweens so I was a bit stressed. Your associate Julian was extremely accommodating!! The kiddos paid for themselves and are somewhat new to making such transactions. Julian explained the process, made them comfortable, and increased their confidence in making purchases. They felt more like adults. I will definitely consider using the Casa Blanca bowling lanes for another gathering simply because Julian provided awesome service.

A few months ago, I did a review of the Casablanca location's restrooms. I just wanted to provide some feedback instead of being one of those customers who complains instead of making someone aware of an issue. I did the review and went about my day. Marika Dabney reached out to me and thanked me for taking the time to provide feedback to her and her staff. She didn't stop there, she offered my wife and I two free tickets to a movie of our choice and even got us great seats. I wasn't expecting anything, I wasn't looking for "free tickets", I simply wanted to give feedback but Marika took it upon herself to show her appreciation of me taking the time to provide feedback. Casablanca is always our theater of choice, thank you Marika Dabney for your dedication to excellence and customer service!

The staff at Casa Blanca is great! Everyone is courteous and very helpful. The theater (we saw “Christmas Vacation” most recently) was clean and comfortable. My family and I love the older movies that are brought back. It is awesome to share movies from my youth with my children. I highly recommend Santikos theaters to anyone looking for a premium movie experience with a competitive price!
