Everything .....Sincerely friendly, professional,smart, clean, neatly(no wrinkles) uniformly dressed staff,,, great food options, ease of parking, roominess, comfortable seats at the lobby, assortment of games at the arcade, ability to pick your seating area. cleanliness of the theater,seating area, common area,restrooms, seat comfortability, clean scent and aroma throughout this building, and lobby and theater room temperature. My overall experience and visit to this entertainment facility was "OUTSTANDING". Continue to keep all standard high... Your great standards are the bookmark for the rest of the entertainment industry to live up to.

Hello, everytime I visit Casa Blanca I very much so enjoy my time. Unfortunately yesterday when I went to see Frozen 2 with my son and both my nieces it was less enjoyable than normal. I had to leave the movie 3 time to complain about a group of teenagers that were cursing, taking pictures, talking on their phones and to each other and throwing pop corn. I spent about 35 dollars on tickets and 20 dollars on food and drinks and missed key parts of the movies because of this inconvenience.

My wife and I arrived early for a 11:10 AM movie. I left my wife by the entry way while I went to park our car. As I was walking up to join my wife, an employee had just finished talking with her. What a nice young man! Unfortunately, we did not get a name. Then when we walked in, the mezzanine looked so pretty all decked out for Christmas. We purchased our tickets from a nice receptionist and then we went to order our snacks (popcorn & soda). The young man working that section was so nice. Again, we failed to make note of his name.
After the movie was over, my wife and I always view the closing credits. Another young man waited patiently while we viewed the lengthy credits. He was going to clean the area. He was also very nice and again, we have no name.
The young man who checked our tickets was also very nice and again, no name. We have to improve on that.
After the movie, we sat down at one of the couches and were enjoying the beautiful Christmas tree. Besides viewing the tree, we had time to discuss the movie "Last Christmas". Wow what a beautiful movie. We saw it twice but on two different occasions. I'm 72 y.o. and have seen many, many, many movies. The was the best ever!!!! We hope the movie and all of the actors are nominated for an Academy Award.

Comfy chairs, great food and really excellent customer service! Everyone was friendly and helpful from concession to ticket checkers to the staff that cleans the theater after the movie. We go to a few different locations but always a Santikos and this is true of your staff across the board!

I love everything about this place to forward the seeds, and the comfort ability of booking online, and also the fact that I can get points with every purchase.
While in the seat selection page during the purchase process, you should be able to change to a different movie time within that screen without having to go back two or three steps to select a new movie time. When the movie is full, it makes it harder to go back and find seats in for a different movie time.
It was great! Took my granddaughter and son to Frozen II. I like being able to pick out my seats. Food and snacks very pricey but all theaters are like that. There's gaming and bowling and a bar. Something for everyone!

Elena at the front desk went above and beyond to help me as I had my 2 year old grandson with me. Frozen 2 was not available at the dine in theatre and she helped me with my food order getting it to our seats as I had my hands
