I was completely satisfied with my visit on Military Monday.
Since my group that get together to watch movies are retired seniors , we love the value of Tuesday specials. The staff are always very courteous and patient with helping with our needs (tickets, drinks, popcorn, etc). Theatre is always clean.
We come watch movies every time there is a funny woman friendly movie.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The auditorium is clean and restrooms, also.

It just felt like an effortless movie experience. Great seats, good food and drinks, loved the happy hour experience, and the $5 movie nights. Lots of parking! A 10/10 overall.

Clean and comfortable
It was clean inside and outside. The popcorn was fresh and not day old popcorn. Almost every employee I encountered spoke and wished me a good day.

Food was good, theater temperature was good
Customer Service Representative was diligent in assisting me process refunds as I purchased double tickets for the same movies. He was extremely attentive and friendly throughout our encounter.
Also, during our first movie, The Cleaner, the atmosphere in the theater was well monitored. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for our second movie, Captain America, 6:00 PM, CDT. The theater was hot and I did ask an attendant but there was no change.

Very nice place, clean
The ticket kiosk was easy to use, although it still needs improvement. Why does it take the extra step of asking me whether I want to sign in with my membership card. Does anybody actually have a membership card? Kudos for changing the video about inserting a credit card to show it with the proper orientation.
Buying popcorn was fairly quick. The popcorn and butter topping tasted good. (That's not always the case.)
The facility is attractive. The movie projection was flawless in sight and sound.
The only area for improvement would be the answer the question, "what have you done for me lately?" It feels like the theater hasn't improved, hasn't offered anything new, since you opened. Eventually, people are going to start referring to "the aging Santikos Casa Blanca." Yeah - that isn't fair, but what are you going to do to restore the sparkle? The only change I notice is that you don't offer cake and ice cream anymore, and you haven't found any use for those display cases.
