Joshua went above and beyond expectations when he proactively printed out new tickets for my entire party of 2 separate families (mine and my good friend’s whose son’a birthday we were celebrating) with our new assigned seats.
The screen for the movie we chose had been moved between the time we purchased the tickets and the time of the showing.
We arrived in the new theater-screen initially confused because the seats we had chosen were strikingly different from the seats in the new theater.
Before we even had a moment to contemplate what happened Joshua came in ever the hero with our new seat assignments matching most closely to what we were expecting.

I know we're in the middle of a pandemic but I took my son to watch a classic the other night. I felt safe with the protocols that Santikos has in place. I had no issues or concerns and enjoyed not being crowded in the movie theater.

I'd never been to the Casa Blanca location. I'm closer to the Palladium. The Casa Blanca is great. I'll be back for sure.

We felt very safe with social distancing, cleaning, etc. Not many people there which helped.
I got to leave my house! Got to sit in a theater with popcorn and candy and watched some Star Wars with my wife and 2 kids. Need some new movies to make it better. My family loves going to the movies so please do not close down again. Got no issues with masks and social distancing policies. Do what you must to stay open
