The cleanliness and customer service
I enjoy my visit to Casa Blanca Theater, sad to say only three persons were watching the movie. People are afraid to visit, to much news on Corona virus. Prices on food can be lower, to help bring in more people to visit the theater. Social distance, with only 5% occupancy, lets bring back the people. One movie showing, and Casa Blanca was closing. As we were leaving others we outside. But could not go in, because it was close. The police were sitting down looking at there phones, forget the property, the people leaving. No concern for the safety of the people going to there cars. Hope things get better, thanks First name removed R.
I loved just being able to take daughter to watched Forged in Fire. It was a good movie.

Very clean all around, great customer service.
Came in during the COVID pandemic just to get a taste of movie theater popcorn again! Great customer service from the person serving me and even got a lid for my popcorn to take home! Great place will come back once all of this is over.
It is a good option for entertainment while being safe.

The theatre is close to home. It is very clean. I would like the little trays for popcorn be available again.

Ok so the first time you walk into the theater you see an arcade to the left and then you see a snack bar to the right and then you see the register in the middle that's what I really love because it gives you that arcade and movie home theater type theme you know. So I love that is all clean.as soon as you first walk in you get that fresh feeling that you're going to watch a movie and the popcorn is fantastic I love the free refill about drinks it is all just so so amazing and would take a date or a family member or friend totally would recommend. 😁😁❤️❤️❤️
Clean
We spent a couple hours bowling and had a great time. Electronic scoring eliminates any errors and makes the whole process easier. Santikos is maintaining social distancing requirement. Santikos requires guests wear a mask when moving around inside the building. Once we were at the lane and separated from others, we could remove our masks.

We had to leave the movie to ask someone to start movie. Started 20 minutes late. Should get a price break on popcorn would be nice.
Area was clean, people were friendly and they practice social distancing guidelines. I also like the promotions and $5 movies that are happening during the month of June.
Right now with everything going on; I do like the separation of the seats in the auditorium/theater. The limited concession stands.
The bartender ms. Michelle was amazing and very friendly everyone else was just to the point and I understand the circumstances but no need to be dry.

Very clean with precautions taken seriously for Covid-19. Excellent viewing & sound quality. Comfortable & spacious seating. Appropriate social distancing in theater. Concession prices are steep but, considering Santikos contributes so much to the community, it’s understandable.
