Excellent service during this pandemic and overall wonderful experience. It helped that with my rewards it knocked off $10 from my meal.
The place was very scarce due to the COVID-19. The cashier was having a hard time running my card for a payment. So she eventually comped the tickets so we wouldn’t miss the movie we came to see. After the movie I noticed 3 charges for the same movie. They helped me assured me the charges were cancelled and it took some time for the system to show the credit. Everyone was helpful.

A wonderful experience every time!
Theater was very clean and organized well. Covid pre-screening seemed completely ineffective. Just simply asking if you've been in contact with anyone that had Covid is barely a screening in my opinion. Inside the theater itself there was a ton of space in between parties to practice social distancing which was great given the fact this was a kids screening. Overall the experience was really fun and my twin toddlers had a blast. Will definitely come back for another fall kids series.
