Staff was friendly and helpful when purchasing tickets and popcorn etc. comfortably walked to ticket checkpoint and didn’t have my purse checked which was very nice. I wasn’t frustrated or annoyed by the checking of my purse in the past. Enjoyed the movie with my granddaughter and will return again soon.

A very friendly family environment
We visit our local theater quite often and the experience is always pretty good. The only thing I would say is that when the theater rooms are cleaned out between showings, it would be nice if they showed a little more attention to this matter. I have showed up a couple times where the seats where still dirty and the row was a messy from whomever was in there previously. So making sure the floors are clean and seats are wiped down would be greatly appreciated.
I enjoy the services and atmosphere especially the cleanliness. The theaters are large and provide adequate seating.

I was surprised it was very dirty for a 12pm show. The floors are sticky and the carpet smells horrible especially by the sodas
I love Santikos unfortunately on this visit the weather did not corporate. We were not able to finish our movie. The theater did its best to make the situation right. They gave us rain checks, which is great. It’s just a little inconvenient that they can not be redeemed online so you can have tickets before you arrive to the theater. Once again this was not on the theater they could not control they affects of the weather.
