My kids and I have always had positive experiences at Santikos Casa Blanca. In comparison to other theaters, the restrooms and theaters are always clean. No sticky floors. Lots of options for food and treats. I would like there to be no convenience fee for ordering tickets online though. Snacks are pricey enough already. People are going to spend on it either way. Another positive is their rewards. I usually always get a meal free from what I spend on tickets, so that's a plus.

it wasn't hot in the theater this time
Love this theater so much, but the seat I was in (Auditorium 6, Seat K9) was broken. The seat cushion would move out of place, and I don't think the recliner went all the way up. I was still very pleased with my experience though!
