I came in to pick up popcorn to go. The gentleman advised me that cash was not acceptable so he referred me to the gift card station. he not only helped me with setting up my account correctly with my phone number to earn my points but he also made sure that I had everything I needed before I left. I appreciated the experience and look forward to coming back to the theater soon to enjoy real life cinema experience again.

Why are you sending me this survey when I haven't even seen the movie yet? It was a pre-order. I haven't had a Santikos "experience" in over a year, but find this survey senseless and time-consuming. I would recommend you wait until AFTER the movie is viewed to send a survey.
