What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Although the seats could’ve been better (I’ve grown partial to the recliner seats at other locations), the facility is beautifully, the bar fantastic, and the arcade plentiful.

The concessions were about what you’d come to expect at most places but the cheese with my nachos came spoiled which is odd when it’s prepackaged.

Spacious, chairs and wide aisles. Food is available. I’ll will say, last show and customer asks for refills package and employee doesn’t even say what time is cut off on refills. I would have paid extra and been disappointed. I had to ask . These are things that they should use common sense. So work on their going the mile as it were.
