The movie theater staff are always really nice and welcoming! I also enjoy the recliner feature on the chairs since it really enhances the movie watching experience. The one complaint I have that's just a bit annoying is some theaters have really sticky floors which is weird to walk on but not all the theaters are like that.

Environment is always clean. The staff is friendly and even when it is extremely busy, there is never a long wait line to be seated or order food. I love the family friendly atmosphere

We love the service at Santikos Casa Blanca! The food is great, and the chairs are very comfy! Although it would be nice if the other Santikos location upgraded their chairs. They are very worn and ripped, makes them less comfortable and make the theatre seem kind of run down!
