What do you like about our programs and activities?

The program is great! The only way I can think to make it better - I would have loved a chance to meet the counselors. Maybe like a pre-camp open house? Maybe its just me, but I really like the chance to meet, talk to, and get to know the people who are helping me take care of my child. This is something that's important to me.

please consider adding a 7AM class to Mondays & Fridays . . .spin or body fit (similar to the 7am Wednesday class)

From coming to the Y and seeing the colorful flyers and advertisements. Also, the promotional emails are excellent reminders of upcoming events.

Indoor playground for kids. Indoor pool. Family bath and locker rooms. The reading area/library. The outdoor pool.

Great value. The equipment always works. The facility is clean. The employees are friendly. The outdoor pool is really great for my young children.

Group ex classes (Zumba) are awesome due to people and staff ; love my personal trainer Kelly Wheltam and like the Environment!!

The availability and range of classes. The instructors are knowledgeable and welcoming. Y members are polite, friendly, and not intimidating. Facility is clean.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

My kids have absolutely loved camp so far this summer. They get in the car when I pick them up and can’t wait to tell me about their day - what they did; the friends they made; and their counselors. I don’t recall ever having a summer where my children have been so excited and appreciative of their counselors. It’s truly a blessing!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Water Acclimation swim lessons at the West Chester branch with Michelle and Filomena has been outstanding. These instructors are very professional, attentive, knowledgable, and my child feels very safe and confident under their care and instruction. A+ experience!
