I like the variety of classes and multiple opportunities to attend them. I also like the new virtual on-site classes although it’s been about 50/50 with issues. (One time it didn’t work at all; another time the sound didn’t work.). Hope you can fix it to be better

Good class selection plus virtual offerings

What we, my wife included, like is that the West Chester Area YMCA has all the programs and apparatus equipment we need to maintain a good physical status at ages 85 and 80. We also appreciate the friendly, helpful staff . It's just a matter of finding a program that fits your schedule.

I only take one class - Step - because the Kennett Y (my home Y) has no Step instructor. Amanda is a great instructor, always there, provides good options for low and high impact, and is creative with her coreography. She keeps us informed of new programs being added, and encourages us to try new classes. What more could you ask for? I don't mind the extra time it takes to drive there, it's worth every minute! Thanks Amanda!!!

I just switched to the Y from ACAC. The family plan is affordable and there are so many child activities.

Programs and activities are varied and offered during different time ranges to accommodate different schedules.

Pickleball

Rec pickleball on Friday nights. The only two Friday evening sessions are Competative session. Many of us would like a more social/ rec session on Friday evening.

I like many of the classes being offered for the Senior age group; however, I would prefer that these classes be offered in the morning as they used to be when I joined the Y in, I believe, 2015 and before covid.

Love the Pickleball the best. My husband loves your pool for aquatic therapy & the gym to workout. Beautiful facility with the nicest and friendliest employees. So glad we decided to join.

I like the family atmosphere and particularly like the Christmas gift giving program- haven't bought a bike for a child in years-especially one I didn't have to put together!

There are a variety of classes and more classes offered; there are classes outdoor on a turf surface as well as virtual on site classes. Seniors have plenty of activities to choose from too!

The staff is always welcome, helpful and friendly.
