Summer camp
The Y is clean and the staff is awesome.
The outdoor kids pool is awesome... maybe since the snack bar is closed. Add a healthy drinks vending machine in that area? Also a volleyball court for kids to play outside would be great.
I love the deep water aerobics and everyone is always so cheerful and helpful at the Y!

We love the pool and the outdoor water park. We love the new playground set you added. We love the gaga pit and playing sports there too.

Love the group exercise programs
The variety of activities available is unbelievable! I couldn't possibly take advantage of all the programs and activities that are offered. The times that things are available and the usage of the areas of training are fabulous. Do I wish that somethings were better suited to my particular schedule, sure, but there is no schedule possible that would serve all the users all the time. You guys do a fantastic job trying to meet the needs of the majority of people. Well done!

I love how well the outdoor pool is run . I also love how clean your facility is . The workout class I took was wonderful. The gym is clean and the employees are always helpful when I have asked any questions.

The staff is exceptional- very professional and also welcoming and friendly. The facilities are always clean and grounds are well attended. Excellently managed .
Classes
The gym is always clean, well-organized with great equipment. Just as important, you have friendly, welcoming, responsive staff. The Airport Rd. location is by far the nicest, most welcoming of the branches I have been to. Gary has helped keep it a well-oiled machine.
Front desk people are polite and professional.
I like the group classes. The instructors are great. The facility is clean and well kept. The pool is amazing (outdoor, I haven’t tried the indoor yet). I just wish there were more childwatch hours. I pay for the full family membership so that I can take my kids there for social interaction while I workout and I feel that the hours are too limiting. In addition, I wish the pool opened earlier (at least in the weekend). My kids love to be active all day and opening at 9ish would be great because that would allow us to take them out of the house earlier. I feel that 11 is kind of late, especially for the weekend.
We love the friendliness of the staff so much I plan to switch this to my main Y!
