I only lift at the Y, but have always had a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Gym is always in great shape. Love coming to the gym and will continue to use this location for as long as I can.

I would like to see more lanes available for laps in the early AM

While we utilize a relatively small amount of activities, the choices are varied, fun, and as challenging as we want them to be.

Love the Body Pump classes

We are given variation or options in the exercise programs. We have to register so the classes do not get overcrowded. And we get to met and greet other particiipants and have relaxation and get coffee

Machines and free weights well maintained and enough stations means flow is continuous. Don’t have long waits for a station usually. Locker rooms and showers well maintained

My gym of 18 years (Mitch's Market St Gym) closed down. I tried ACAC and the Airport Rd Y. Airport Rd Y was a better gym overall (and a bit cheaper). African American man at front desk made me feel very welcome at the Y - did the week free trial and decided to join. Haven't looked back and am very satisfied with the quality of personnel and equpment.

Everyone who works at the Y is so kind and caring! The instructors are just amazing!
You feel the love when you walk in the door! I've met so many of my new best friends and the Y has changed my life!
