The instructors are wonderful. They work great with each kids different swim level. Instructors help make fearful students feel comfortable in the pool. A informative lessons but gentle approach.

My 5 year old had a blast at healthy kids day 2023! We spent hours in the pool this weekend, their indoor pool is great and the perfect temperature!

I currently only use the weight machines, the E-Gym equipment and the indoor track.

We like swimming as a family but wish the pool was open before noon.

More silver sneakers classes. These are well attended with a waitlist. Classes mid morning would be well attended

Heated pool and general availability of it

I have not yet experienced your programs, but tested the waters with the Nu-Step, some weights, and some stretches. The two people I met up near the machines were Donna and ——- (man). They could not have been nicer, and I look forward to making the Y a priority on my weekly schedule. Prior to my visit, I left a message to see if I could meet just once with someone who could help me get started. I am in physical therapy at Fern Hill right now and have come a long way…..my therapist suggested that I get accustomed to the Y so that I don’t lose ground.

I just love the friendly atmoshere and the social connections I've made. Plus people are commenting that I've lost weight.

Ms. Grace was a wonderful instructor. My daughter learnt so much more in this session than any other before.

I like seeing the advancement my kid is making while taking the class and think the coaches are dedicated to helping the kids do better.

Love the new format, seems very organized. Not thrilled with the consistency of groupings. My son was paired with stronger swimmers. They got more turns than he did since they were more independent and could practice as a group. He sat on the side of the pool for most of the lesson. The instructor was not as interactive as previous instructors we’ve had. There did not seem to be an order and structure to teaching the skills like the other groups we’ve experienced.

Programs are well conceived, staff is friendly, knowledgeable, & most helpful.
