That everyone is welcome and given a chance to join.
It is almost impossible to not find some kind of exersize or movement group or individual exersize.
to see the little ones, they add so much joy to the place
to see many elderly people having a great time
these things make me enter the building and join my classes with light in my heart

I love being able to attend programs at different YMCAs. The yoga class I attended at Kennett was tremendous.
