I love the clean facility and the fact that equipment is available for use. The place doesn't get too crowded, which makes the equipment available. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

What do you like about your membership?

I so enjoy going in and working out. Your hours are awesome. Just about anyone can get there with your open hours. You have programs, equipment and sessions for everyone. You are greeted so nicely by all the gals at the front desk. Eric is a doll. You ask him anything and he takes care of it or explains things so anyone can understand.

Both of us really enjoy the YMCA! She loves the pool and I mostly use the indoor track and the running machines. Knowing when to come to avoid the big crowds helps a lot.

Customer service seems to be on the decline in today’s world. Not so at the Kennett “Y”! The member services staff maintains a positive, helpful and encouraging attitude that makes the Y experience a bright spot in my daily routine.

What do you like about your membership?

I enjoy the activities for kids and the pool in summer. The staff is helpful and friendly. I work out here while kids take classes/do sports. Price for kids activities is reasonable compared to other venues for same activities and generally the quality of teaching is comparable to other private clubs.

What do you like about your membership?

The variety of equipment and classes. There seems to something for all fitness levels and age groups. The helpful friendly staff. The only complaint I’ve ever heard was that tha sauna wasn’t very clean. This was a while ago.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Swim lessons have been an integral part of my children’s development since they were babies. The Y continues to help them grow and strengthen as swimmers.
